2. Customized Abatement Plan If we detect any rodent activity, we'll create a tailored abatement plan to eliminate the issue. This includes:
- Setting up bait stations.
- Sealing off potential entry points.
- Removing any rodent attractants like food waste.
We ensure that abatement measures are active until the demolition starts or until no signs of rodent activity remain.
3. Rodent Abatement Certification Once the abatement is complete, we provide a Rodent Abatement Certification (RAC). This document, required by local building codes, verifies that your property is rodent-free and compliant with city regulations. You’ll need this certification for city inspections before demolition or major ground disturbance.
